Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Tape measure
- Vacuum cleaner
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Prepare Wall Opening: Cut appropriate hole in wall according to dimensions specified in installation template.
- Install Mounting Plate: Secure mounting plate to wall using provided screws, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
- Connect Electrical Wiring: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram, ensuring proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper slope to ensure water drainage away from the unit.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Hang indoor unit on mounting plate and secure properly.
- Vacuum and Test: Vacuum refrigerant lines, perform leak test, and charge system with refrigerant as specified.
- Test Run: Power on unit and test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes.
