Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a window that can support the weight of the unit and has access to a dedicated electrical outlet.
- Prepare Window Area: Clean the window sill and ensure it's level. Remove any obstacles that might interfere with installation.
- Install Support Bracket: Secure the metal support bracket to the window sill using provided screws, ensuring it's level.
- Mount Air Conditioner: Carefully lift the unit and place it on the support bracket, ensuring it sits securely.
- Extend Side Panels: Extend the side panels to fit your window width and secure them in place.
- Seal the Unit: Use the provided foam insulation strips to seal gaps between the unit and window frame.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and ThinQ connectivity.

Troubleshooting
