Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Phillips screwdriver
- Level
- Drill with bits
- Tape measure
- Utility knife
- Saw (if cutting wall opening)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet, with proper wall support and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Prepare Wall Opening: Cut or prepare wall opening according to dimensions specified in manual. Ensure opening is level and properly sized.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Secure mounting bracket to wall using provided hardware. Use level to ensure bracket is perfectly horizontal.
- Connect Electrical: Connect to dedicated 230V, 50Hz, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Mount Unit: Carefully lift and place air conditioner onto mounting bracket. Ensure unit is securely seated.
- Seal Gaps: Apply weatherproof sealant around unit to prevent air leaks and water infiltration.
- Install Drainage: Connect condensate drain hose and route to proper drainage location.
- Test Operation: Turn on unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat.

Adjustable louvers distribute cool air evenly throughout the room in four directions, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent comfort.
Auto Clean Function
Automatically dries the internal components after use to prevent mold and bacteria growth, keeping the air clean and fresh.
Low Noise Operation
Specialized insulation and fan design reduce operational noise to as low as 19 dB in sleep mode, ensuring quiet comfort day and night.
Energy Saving Mode
Intelligent sensors detect room occupancy and adjust operation to save energy when the room is unoccupied.
Operating Modes
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature settings from 16°C to 30°C
Heat Mode
Heating operation for winter comfort (available on heat pump models)
Dry Mode
Dehumidification function to reduce humidity without overcooling the room
Fan Mode
Air circulation only with 3 fan speeds (Low, Medium, High)
Auto Mode
Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature
Sleep Mode
Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces noise for undisturbed sleep
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, tripped circuit breaker, faulty outlet | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, test outlet with another device |
| Poor cooling performance | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, low refrigerant | Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact service for refrigerant check |
| Water leaking inside room | Clogged drain line, improper installation angle | Clear drain line, ensure unit is tilted slightly outward |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, worn bearings | Tighten mounting hardware, clear debris, contact service |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote damage | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote functionality |
| Unit freezing up | Dirty filters, low airflow, low outdoor temperature | Clean filters, check airflow, avoid use in very cold conditions |
