Auto Mode

Intelligent mode automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for comfortable sleeping conditions

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, outdoor unit blocked Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear outdoor unit area
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten all fasteners, clear debris, check mounting stability
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor
Frequent cycling Dirty filters, thermostat location, oversized unit Clean filters, relocate thermostat if near heat source, consult technician

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • E2: Pipe temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • E3: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E4: High pressure protection - Check for blocked condenser or fan failure
  • E5: Low pressure protection - Check for refrigerant leak or restriction
