Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 10cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with continuous downward slope to proper drainage location.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then release refrigerant charge.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts power output to match cooling/heating demand, providing precise temperature control and up to 40% energy savings.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensors detect human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for optimal comfort.

Wi-Fi Control

Connect to home network for remote control via smartphone app, including scheduling, monitoring, and energy usage tracking.

Plasma Quad Plus

Four-stage air purification system removes dust, allergens, odors, and bacteria while deactivating viruses for healthier indoor air quality.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional louvers provide 140° horizontal and vertical airflow distribution for even room temperature.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Optimizes operation for maximum energy efficiency with minimal comfort compromise

Powerful Mode

Maximum capacity operation for rapid cooling or heating when needed

Quiet Mode

Reduces fan speed and compressor noise for nighttime operation

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling for comfortable humidity control

Fan Only

Circulates air without cooling or heating for ventilation

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician for leak check
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup Tighten mounting, clear debris, defrost unit
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, reset unit
Foul odors Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Wait 3 minutes and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB error - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between units
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor error - Contact technician
  • H0: Refrigerant leak detected - Contact certified technician
