Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and 30cm from side walls).
  2. Mount Installation Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drainage hose.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with insulated copper pipes using flare connections.
  5. Connect Drainage: Route the condensation drain hose with a downward slope to ensure proper drainage.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines and charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating power according to room conditions, providing consistent temperature while saving up to 40% energy compared to conventional units.

Wi-Fi Smart Control

Connect to home Wi-Fi for remote control via smartphone app. Schedule operations, monitor energy usage, and receive maintenance alerts from anywhere.

4D Auto Swing

Wide-angle airflow distribution with automatic vertical and horizontal louvers that move independently for even room temperature distribution.

Self-Cleaning Function

Automatic cleaning cycle that dries the indoor unit's heat exchanger to prevent mold and bacteria growth, maintaining air quality and efficiency.

Sleep Mode

Intelligent sleep mode gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed to minimal noise levels for undisturbed sleep.

Turbo Mode

Rapid cooling/heating function that operates at maximum capacity for quick temperature adjustment when needed.

Operating Modes Explained

Cool Mode

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature from 16°C to 30°C

Heat Mode

Heating operation with adjustable temperature from 16°C to 30°C

Dry Mode

Dehumidification function that removes excess moisture without overcooling

Fan Mode

Air circulation only with 4 speed settings (Low, Medium, High, Auto)

Auto Mode

Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Energy-saving operation that optimizes performance for maximum efficiency

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear outdoor unit area
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten all screws, clear debris, check mounting stability
Foul odors Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water Clean filters, run self-cleaning cycle, ensure proper drainage
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor error - Check indoor sensor connection
  • E2: Pipe temperature sensor error - Check evaporator sensor
  • E3: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E4: Outdoor unit error - Check outdoor unit components
  • E5: Overload protection - Wait 3 minutes and restart
