Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and 30cm from side walls).
- Mount Installation Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drainage hose.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with insulated copper pipes using flare connections.
- Connect Drainage: Route the condensation drain hose with a downward slope to ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines and charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature from 16°C to 30°C
Heat Mode
Heating operation with adjustable temperature from 16°C to 30°C
Dry Mode
Dehumidification function that removes excess moisture without overcooling
Fan Mode
Air circulation only with 4 speed settings (Low, Medium, High, Auto)
Auto Mode
Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature
Eco Mode
Energy-saving operation that optimizes performance for maximum efficiency
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear outdoor unit area |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clear debris, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean filters, run self-cleaning cycle, ensure proper drainage |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
