Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Drill with hole saw
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Securely mount the indoor unit bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and screws.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 3-inch hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside for proper drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the copper refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring tight connections.
- Connect Drainage Pipe: Install the condensation drain pipe with proper slope for water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
