Inverter Wall Mounted Unit

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with masonry bits
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on an exterior wall with proper support, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  2. Mount Wall Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Install Indoor Unit: Hang the indoor unit on the mounting bracket and secure it according to instructions.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect the refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Connect Drain Hose: Route the condensate drain hose with a downward slope to ensure proper drainage.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
  8. Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation and cooling performance.

Troubleshooting
