Key Features
U-Shaped Design
Innovative U-shaped design allows the window to close between the two halves of the unit, providing better insulation, security, and noise reduction compared to traditional window units.
Inverter Technology
Advanced inverter compressor adjusts cooling power based on room temperature, maintaining consistent comfort while using up to 35% less energy than conventional units.
Ultra Quiet Operation
Operates as low as 42 dB in quiet mode - quieter than most conversation levels. The U-shaped design separates compressor vibration from the indoor section.
Open Window Flexibility
Unique design allows you to open and close your window even with the AC installed, providing ventilation options without removing the unit.
Smart Control
Wi-Fi enabled with Midea Air app compatibility for remote control, scheduling, energy monitoring, and voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant.
8-Way Airflow
Adjustable louvers provide 8-way airflow direction control for even cooling distribution throughout the room.
Operating Modes
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature settings from 62°F to 86°F
Energy Saver
Automatically adjusts fan speed and compressor operation to minimize energy consumption
Sleep Mode
Gradually adjusts temperature overnight for optimal comfort and energy savings while you sleep
Fan Only
Circulates air without cooling, with multiple fan speed options
Dry Mode
Reduces humidity in the room for improved comfort during humid conditions
Auto Mode
Automatically selects cooling or fan operation based on room temperature
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped | Check power cord connection, reset circuit breaker, ensure outlet is working |
| Poor cooling performance | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, room too large | Clean air filters, ensure proper airflow around unit, verify room size compatibility |
| Water leaking inside | Unit not tilted properly, drain hole blocked | Ensure unit tilts slightly outward, clear condensate drain hole |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, improper installation | Check for loose screws, clear debris from fan blades, verify proper installation |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction | Replace batteries, ensure direct line of sight to unit's sensor |
| Unit vibrating excessively | Unlevel installation, loose mounting | Check level and adjust, tighten all mounting screws and brackets |
