Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter and reamer
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and electrical wiring.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Apply refrigerant oil to flare surfaces.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper condensation drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply to outdoor unit following local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
