Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter and reamer
  • Multimeter
  • Level

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type (concrete, wood, drywall).
  3. Install Refrigerant Piping: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on all piping.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply to outdoor unit (220-240V, 50Hz) and communication wiring between indoor and outdoor units.
  5. Vacuum and Dehydration: Evacuate the system to below 500 microns for at least 15 minutes to remove moisture and non-condensables.
  6. Charge Refrigerant: Add the specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant according to pipe length using proper charging procedures.
  7. Test Operation: Run the system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation, check for leaks, and ensure correct airflow.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation can cause equipment damage, refrigerant leaks, and void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature with minimal energy consumption and temperature fluctuations.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for optimal comfort while saving energy.

Wide Temperature Operation

Provides reliable heating performance down to -25°C and cooling operation up to 46°C ambient temperature for year-round comfort in extreme climates.

Plasma Quad Plus

Four-stage air purification system removes dust, pollen, odors, bacteria, mold, and viruses while deactivating allergens for cleaner indoor air quality.

Wi-Fi Control

Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows remote control via smartphone app, scheduling, energy monitoring, and integration with smart home systems.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional R410A, reducing environmental impact by approximately 30%.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing operation while maintaining comfort levels

Powerful Mode

Maximum capacity operation for rapid cooling or heating when quick temperature change is needed

Quiet Mode

Minimizes operational noise for nighttime or quiet environment operation

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Only Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating for improved air distribution

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting, clear debris, check isolation
Ice formation on unit Low refrigerant, dirty filters, low airflow Check refrigerant charge, clean filters, check fan operation
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, clear line of sight, check sensor

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions, wait 3 minutes
  • E1: Indoor PCB error - Power cycle, check connections
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor error - Check fan operation and connections
  • H0: Refrigerant leak detected - Check for leaks, proper charge
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Check sensor resistance
  • P1: Overload protection - Reduce load, check voltage
  • P8: High temperature protection - Clean filters, check airflow
