Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant scale
- Flaring tool set
- Tubing cutter
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure pipes are properly insulated.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak | Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact service technician |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten mounting, clear debris, defrost unit |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, reset unit |
| Foul odor | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry |
Error Codes
