Wireless Remote Controller

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Small Phillips screwdriver
  • Wall anchors and screws
  • Level
  • Pencil
  • Drill (if mounting on wall)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location within 8 meters of the indoor unit, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment and insert two AAA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  3. Wall Mounting (Optional): Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark screw positions on the wall. Drill holes and secure the bracket.
  4. Controller Setup: Ensure the controller is within line of sight of the indoor unit's infrared receiver for proper operation.
  5. Pairing with AC Unit: Point the controller at the indoor unit and press the "Reset" button for 5 seconds until the pairing indicator lights up.
  6. Test Functions: Test all basic functions including power on/off, temperature adjustment, and mode selection.
  7. Final Check: Verify that all buttons respond correctly and the display shows accurate information.
Warning: Do not expose the controller to water or excessive moisture. Keep away from children and pets to prevent accidental damage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Controller not responding Dead batteries, out of range, blocked signal Replace batteries, move closer to indoor unit, ensure line of sight
