Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant scale
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter
  • Multimeter
  • Level

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
  3. Install Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
  4. Electrical Connections: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and correct voltage (220-240V, 50Hz).
  5. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate the system to remove moisture and air, then charge with the specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
  6. Drainage Setup: Install drain hose with proper slope (minimum 1cm per meter) to ensure efficient water drainage.
  7. Test Operation: Perform complete system test including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control functionality.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional units.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensors detect human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for maximum comfort while optimizing energy efficiency.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact by approximately 30%.

Wide Temperature Operation

Provides reliable heating performance even in extreme cold conditions down to -25°C, and efficient cooling up to 46°C ambient temperature.

Quiet Operation

Ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB in indoor unit, achieved through advanced fan blade design and vibration-damping technology.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi enables remote control via smartphone app, allowing temperature adjustment, scheduling, and energy monitoring from anywhere.

Advanced Operation Modes

Eco Mode

Optimizes energy consumption while maintaining comfort, reducing power usage by up to 40%

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling/heating to reach desired temperature quickly, then automatically switches to normal operation

Silent Mode

Ultra-quiet operation for nighttime use, minimizing fan speed and compressor noise

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without excessive cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Auto Swing

Automatically adjusts louver direction for optimal air distribution throughout the room

I-Feel Control

Remote control acts as temperature sensor, maintaining perfect comfort at your location

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician for leak check
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting, clean fan blades, check installation
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
Foul odor Dirty filters, mold growth in unit Clean filters, run fan-only mode to dry unit, use anti-bacterial treatment

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Wait 3 minutes and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error between units - Check wiring connections
  • H0: Refrigerant leak detected - Contact technician immediately
