Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure no leaks.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route condensate drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump, then charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
