Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure no leaks.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route condensate drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump, then charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
  8. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.
