Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit
  • Leak detector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, on a solid wall.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drain hose, ensuring proper slope for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections with proper torque specifications.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant type and quantity.
  8. Test Operation: Run system through all modes to check cooling, heating, fan operation, and drainage.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output to match room requirements, providing consistent temperature and energy savings up to 40%.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor scans the room to detect human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for optimal comfort.

Wi-Fi Control

Built-in Wi-Fi enables remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, monitoring, and control from anywhere with internet access.

Plasma Quad Plus

Advanced air purification system removes 99% of bacteria, viruses, allergens, and odors while deactivating mold spores in the air.

Econo Cool

Energy-saving mode maintains comfort while reducing power consumption by optimizing compressor and fan operation based on room conditions.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional vanes distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots and ensuring uniform temperature distribution.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air while maintaining comfortable temperature

Quiet Mode

Reduces operating noise to minimum levels for nighttime operation

Powerful Mode

Maximum capacity operation for rapid cooling or heating

Eco Mode

Optimizes energy consumption while maintaining comfort

I-Feel Control

Uses remote control as temperature sensor for precise local control

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power issue, remote control batteries, circuit breaker Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, outdoor unit obstruction Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear outdoor unit area
Water leakage Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting, clear debris, check isolation
Error code display System fault, sensor failure, communication error Note error code and contact service center
Remote not working Battery issue, signal obstruction, distance Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, reduce distance

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring connections
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor issue - Check fan operation
  • H0: Sensor error - Check temperature sensors
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Check outdoor sensor
  • P1: Protection device (voltage) - Check power supply
