Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, on a solid wall.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drain hose, ensuring proper slope for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections with proper torque specifications.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant type and quantity.
- Test Operation: Run system through all modes to check cooling, heating, fan operation, and drainage.
