Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and strong wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type (concrete/brick/plasterboard).
- Install Refrigerant Piping: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
- Electrical Wiring: Connect power supply (230V, 50Hz) following Singapore electrical safety standards (SS638).
- Drainage Installation: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1:100 gradient) to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Leak Test: Evacuate system to 500 microns and perform leak test with nitrogen at 28 bar.
- Release Refrigerant: Open service valves to release R32 refrigerant into system.
- Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and temperature performance.
