Wall Mounted Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit
  • Refrigerant scale

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 10cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant piping and drainage hose, ensuring slight downward slope for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Apply refrigerant oil to flare nuts.
  5. Connect Drainage Hose: Route drainage hose with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to proper drainage point.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables following local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and correct voltage (220-240V, 50Hz).
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.

Advanced Airflow Technologies

3D Auto Swing

Vertical and horizontal louvers move independently for precise air distribution throughout the room

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling/heating function that operates at maximum capacity for quick temperature adjustment

Eco Mode

Optimizes operation to minimize energy consumption while maintaining comfort levels

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for undisturbed sleep

I-Feel Control

Remote control acts as temperature sensor for precise temperature regulation at user location

Air Purification

Built-in filters remove dust, pollen, and odors for improved indoor air quality

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clean drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten components, clean fan, check mounting stability
Frozen indoor unit Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions, wait 3 minutes
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor error - Check fan motor and connections
  • H0: Refrigerant leak detected - Check for leaks, recharge if needed
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
  • P1: Overload protection - Reduce load, check voltage
  • P8: High temperature protection - Clean filters, check airflow
