Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Refrigerant scale
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 10cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant piping and drainage hose, ensuring slight downward slope for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Apply refrigerant oil to flare nuts.
- Connect Drainage Hose: Route drainage hose with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to proper drainage point.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables following local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and correct voltage (220-240V, 50Hz).
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten components, clean fan, check mounting stability |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
