Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Tube cutter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Refrigerant scale
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
- Install Wall Bracket: Mount the wall bracket securely using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for proper drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect the indoor and outdoor units with flare connections, ensuring proper torque specifications are followed.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose with a continuous downward slope to ensure proper condensation drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system to 500 microns and charge with the specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Run the system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, incorrect mode | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, verify mode setting |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten components, clean fan blades, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean/replace filters, clean drain pan, ensure proper drainage |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, clear line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
