Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Refrigeration gauge manifold
  • Vacuum pump
  • Tube cutter and flaring tool
  • Torque wrench
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw attachment

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Site Selection: Choose appropriate location for outdoor unit with proper clearance and indoor unit with accessible ductwork connections.
  2. Mounting: Securely mount outdoor unit on concrete pad or brackets, ensuring level installation with vibration isolation pads.
  3. Ductwork Installation: Install insulated ductwork according to HVAC design specifications, ensuring proper sizing and sealing.
  4. Refrigerant Lines: Connect refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units using proper brazing techniques and nitrogen purge.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper disconnect switch. Follow local electrical codes for wiring requirements.
  6. Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope and trap, routing to approved drainage location.
  7. System Evacuation: Evacuate system to 500 microns or less to remove moisture and non-condensables.
  8. Charging: Charge system with specified refrigerant type and quantity according to line length calculations.
  9. Commissioning: Test all functions including heating, cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by licensed HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may void warranty and create safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts speed continuously to match cooling/heating demand, providing precise temperature control and energy savings up to 40% compared to conventional systems.

Hyper-Heating INVERTER®

Provides reliable heating performance even in extreme cold conditions down to -20°C, maintaining efficiency when conventional heat pumps lose capacity.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensor detects temperature variations throughout the room and automatically adjusts airflow direction to eliminate hot and cold spots.

Air Purification System

Multi-stage filtration including plasma electrostatic and enzyme bio filters removes up to 99% of airborne particles, allergens, and odors.

Smart Control

Wi-Fi enabled for remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, energy monitoring, and integration with smart home systems.

Quiet Operation

Sound insulation and vibration reduction technology ensures whisper-quiet operation as low as 25 dB, equivalent to a quiet library.

Operating Modes

Auto Mode

System automatically selects heating or cooling based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Optimizes energy consumption while maintaining comfort levels

Powerful Mode

Maximum capacity operation for rapid temperature adjustment

Quiet Mode

Reduces fan speed and compressor noise for nighttime operation

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling

Fan Only

Circulates air without heating or cooling

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
System not starting Power loss, tripped breaker, thermostat issue Check power supply, reset breaker, verify thermostat settings
Insufficient cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked vents Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting hardware, clean fan blades, check isolation
Water leakage Clogged drain line, improper slope, frozen coil Clear drain line, ensure proper slope, check airflow
Ice formation on coils Low airflow, low refrigerant, dirty filters Check filters, verify refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow
High energy consumption Dirty coils, incorrect sizing, air leaks Clean coils, verify system sizing, seal ductwork

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions and restart
  • E1: Indoor unit PCB malfunction - Contact service technician
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor error - Check fan motor and connections
  • H0: Refrigerant leak detected - Check for leaks and recharge
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Replace temperature sensor
  • P1: High pressure protection - Clean condenser, check fan
  • P8: Compressor temperature protection - Allow system to cool, check airflow
