Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a level, stable surface with proper ventilation and drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and no kinks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper voltage (220-240V, 50Hz). Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant.
  7. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.

Quiet Operation

Specialized fan design and sound-dampening materials provide ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a whisper.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) than conventional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact by 75%.

Wi-Fi Control

Connect to home Wi-Fi for remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, monitoring, and control from anywhere.

Powerful Heating

Hyper Heating technology provides efficient heating even in extreme cold conditions down to -25°C outdoor temperature.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing temperature and fan speed settings

Powerful Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment

Quiet Mode

Minimizes operating noise for nighttime or quiet environments

Dry Mode

Reduces humidity without excessive cooling for comfortable dehumidification

Fan Only

Circulates air without cooling or heating for ventilation

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation angle Clear drain pipe, ensure proper installation slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice formation
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor
Foul odor Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment

Error Codes

  • E1: Indoor unit communication error - Check wiring connections
  • E6: Outdoor unit communication error - Check outdoor unit power
  • H1: Compressor motor overload - Allow unit to cool down
  • P1: Fan motor error - Check fan operation and wiring
  • P8: High pressure protection - Check for blocked airflow
