Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Securely mount the indoor unit bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Install Refrigerant Pipes: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  5. Drainage Installation: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper water drainage.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Run: Perform test operation to check cooling/heating functions, drainage, and verify no refrigerant leaks.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts power output to match cooling/heating demand, providing precise temperature control and up to 40% energy savings.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensors detect human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for enhanced comfort.

Quiet Operation

Specialized noise reduction technology delivers ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a whisper library.

Eco-Friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control via smartphone app, including scheduling, energy monitoring, and maintenance alerts.

Powerful Heating

Hyper Heating technology provides efficient heating even in extreme cold conditions down to -25°C outdoor temperature.

Advanced Operation Modes

ECONO COOL

Energy-saving mode that maintains comfort while reducing power consumption by up to 30%

POWERFUL Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment when needed

NIGHT Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for undisturbed sleep

I-Feel Control

Uses remote control as temperature sensor for precise personal comfort

AUTO Mode

Automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

DRY Mode

Dehumidifies air while maintaining comfortable temperature

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice formation Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice buildup
Foul odor Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Wait 3 minutes and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB error - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • H0: Outdoor sensor error - Check outdoor temperature sensor
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Contact service center
  • P1: Overload protection - Reduce load, check ventilation
  • P8: High temperature protection - Clean filters, check airflow
