Wall Mounted Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Torque wrench set
  • Flaring tool kit
  • Pipe cutter and reamer
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type (concrete, brick, or drywall).
  3. Prepare Refrigerant Piping: Cut copper pipes to required length, deburr ends, and flare connections to proper specifications (45° flare angle).
  4. Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring all connections are tight and properly insulated.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply wiring according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
  6. Connect Communication Cable: Run control wiring between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper separation from power cables.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, hold vacuum for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional systems.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically adjusting airflow direction to avoid direct draft while optimizing comfort distribution.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional R410A, reducing environmental impact while maintaining high efficiency.

Wi-Fi Control Ready

Compatible with Wi-Fi interface (optional) for remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, monitoring, and control from anywhere.

Quiet Operation

Specialized fan design and vibration-dampening technology achieve ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a whisper.

Wide Temperature Operation

Operates efficiently in extreme conditions from -25°C to 46°C, providing reliable heating even in severe winter conditions.

Advanced Operation Modes

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Optimizes operation for maximum energy savings while maintaining comfort

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling/heating for quick temperature adjustment

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for undisturbed sleep

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without excessive cooling

Fan Only Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power failure, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear outdoor unit area
Water dripping Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten all fasteners, clear debris, check mounting stability
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor window dirty Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, clean sensor window
Error code displayed System malfunction, sensor failure, communication error Note error code and contact service technician

Common Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB malfunction - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error between units - Check wiring connections
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor error - Check fan operation and connections
  • H0: Sensor error (indoor) - Check sensor connections
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Check sensor and wiring
  • P1: Overload protection - Allow unit to cool down and restart
