Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with core bit
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Prepare Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare the ends, and insulate with foam insulation sleeves.
  4. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside for drainage.
  5. Connect Pipes and Cables: Connect refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and electrical cables between indoor and outdoor units.
  6. Mount Indoor Unit: Hang the indoor unit on the mounting bracket and secure it properly.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from the system using a vacuum pump, then release refrigerant according to specifications.
  8. Test Operation: Power on the unit and test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature with minimal energy consumption and temperature fluctuations.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for maximum comfort while optimizing energy usage.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional vanes provide wide-area cooling/heating coverage, ensuring even temperature distribution throughout the room without cold/hot spots.

Plasma Quad Filter

Four-stage filtration system removes dust, pollen, odors, and bacteria while deactivating viruses and allergens for cleaner, healthier indoor air.

Wi-Fi Control

Connect to home network for remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, monitoring, and control from anywhere with internet access.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact by approximately 75%.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing operation while maintaining comfort levels

Powerful Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment when needed

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for undisturbed sleep

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Only Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating for ventilation and air purification

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit issues Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, ensure outdoor unit is operational
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice buildup
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, refrigerant flow noise Tighten mounting, clear debris, check refrigerant charge
Foul odors Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry unit
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issues Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • H0: Sensor malfunction - Check temperature sensors
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Check outdoor sensor
  • P1: Overload protection - Reduce load, check voltage
  • P8: High temperature protection - Clean filters, check airflow
