Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Level
- Pipe cutter
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 10cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Prepare Refrigerant Piping: Cut copper pipes to required length, deburr ends, and flare connections to manufacturer specifications.
- Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and communication cable between indoor and outdoor units.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
