Wall Mounted Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Level
  • Pipe cutter
  • Leak detector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 10cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Prepare Refrigerant Piping: Cut copper pipes to required length, deburr ends, and flare connections to manufacturer specifications.
  4. Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and communication cable between indoor and outdoor units.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, poor performance, or safety hazards.
