Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure no leaks.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route condensate drain hose with proper downward slope to drainage point.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Run: Perform test operation to check cooling, heating, and drainage functions.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technician. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature with minimal energy consumption and temperature fluctuations.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor detects human presence and movement to direct airflow where needed and save energy when room is unoccupied.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact.

Quiet Operation

Specialized fan design and vibration reduction technology ensure ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB in quiet mode.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control via smartphone app, scheduling, energy monitoring, and integration with smart home systems.

Plasma Quad Filter

Four-stage filtration system removes dust, pollen, odors, and bacteria while deactivating viruses and allergens for cleaner air.

Operating Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption while maintaining comfort through intelligent operation

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling or heating to reach desired temperature quickly

Quiet Mode

Ultra-quiet operation for nighttime or noise-sensitive environments

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies room without excessive cooling for comfortable humidity control

Fan Only Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating for improved air distribution

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, incorrect mode Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician, check mode setting
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, check installation, defrost unit
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten components, clean fan, check mounting stability
Foul odors Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry unit
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window

Error Codes
