Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure no leaks.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route condensate drain hose with proper downward slope to drainage point.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Perform test operation to check cooling, heating, and drainage functions.
