Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Torque wrench set
- Flaring tool kit
- Pipe cutter and reamer

- Drill with hole saw attachment
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
- Install Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Prepare Refrigerant Piping: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and insulate with foam insulation sleeves.
- Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring tight connections with proper torque specifications.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and use dedicated circuit.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
- Final Checks: Check for refrigerant leaks, ensure proper drainage, and verify all covers are securely installed.
