Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter
- Level
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Refrigerant scale
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
- Install Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes using flare connections, ensuring proper insulation on both pipes and drainage hose.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and use specified circuit breaker.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and drainage system.
