Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Refrigerant scale
  • Leak detector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
  4. Install Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes using flare connections, ensuring proper insulation on both pipes and drainage hose.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and use specified circuit breaker.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and drainage system.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.
