Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Tube cutter and flaring tool
- Torque wrench
- Leak detector
- Multimeter
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring proper leveling for condensate drainage.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation and adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections with proper torque specifications.
- Connect Electrical Wiring: Connect power cables and communication wires according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Run system through all modes (cooling, heating, fan) to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
