Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Flaring tool
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Pipe cutter
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and with sufficient clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with R410A refrigerant to specified amount.
- Test Operation: Run system through complete test cycle to check cooling, heating, and all functions.
