Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Connect communication wires between indoor and outdoor units.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump. Charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
  7. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by qualified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.
