Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Connect communication wires between indoor and outdoor units.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump. Charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
