Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench set
- Flaring tool kit
- Leak detector
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration pads and sufficient clearance for ventilation.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Apply proper torque specifications.
- Electrical Connections: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate the system to remove moisture and non-condensables, then charge with R32 refrigerant to specified weight.
- Leak Test and Commissioning: Perform thorough leak test, check drainage, and test all functions before finalizing installation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power issue, remote control batteries, circuit breaker | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten mounting, clear debris, check installation stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth, stagnant water | Clean filters and indoor unit, run fan mode to dry |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
