Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter and reamer
- Multimeter
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose appropriate locations for both indoor and outdoor units considering airflow, drainage, and service access.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate wall anchors for the wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope toward the outside.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system to remove moisture and air, then charge with specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear outdoor unit area |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all components, clean fan blades, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
