Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location for both indoor and outdoor units considering airflow, drainage, and structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper clearance for airflow.
  4. Create Wall Opening: Drill hole through wall for refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and electrical wiring.
  5. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections.
  6. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose to proper drainage location with downward slope.
  7. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded electrical supply according to local codes.
  8. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then release refrigerant charge.
  9. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan modes, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation can cause equipment damage, poor performance, and void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating capacity to maintain precise temperature control while reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional units.

Wi-Fi Smart Control

Connect to home Wi-Fi network for remote control via smartphone app. Schedule operations, monitor energy usage, and receive maintenance alerts from anywhere.

4D Auto Swing

Wide-angle airflow distribution with automatic vertical and horizontal louvers movement ensures even temperature distribution throughout the room.

Self-Cleaning Function

Automatic cleaning cycle dries the indoor unit's heat exchanger to prevent mold and bacteria growth, ensuring healthier air and reducing maintenance needs.

Sleep Mode

Intelligent sleep mode gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for optimal comfort during sleep while minimizing noise and energy consumption.

Turbo Mode

Rapid cooling/heating function quickly reaches desired temperature by operating at maximum capacity for 30 minutes before returning to normal operation.

Operating Modes Explained

Cool Mode

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature and fan speed settings

Heat Mode

Heating operation with reverse cycle technology for year-round comfort

Dry Mode

Dehumidification function reduces humidity without significant temperature change

Fan Mode

Air circulation only without cooling or heating, with multiple fan speed options

Auto Mode

Intelligent mode automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Energy-saving operation that optimizes performance for reduced power consumption

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, ensure outdoor unit clearance
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, compressor issues Tighten mounting hardware, clear debris from fans, contact service if compressor noise
Foul odors Dirty filters, mold growth in indoor unit Clean or replace filters, run self-cleaning cycle, use anti-bacterial treatment
Remote control not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor

Error Codes
