Inverter Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location for indoor and outdoor units with proper clearance and structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level and secure. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from system using vacuum pump, then charge with refrigerant.
  7. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technician. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
