Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, level surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit securely on the mounting plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level platform with proper vibration isolation and drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure all connections are airtight.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables to appropriate terminals. Follow local electrical codes and use proper circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation, cooling/heating performance, and drainage.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear outdoor unit area |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clear debris, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry unit |
| Remote not working | Battery issue, signal obstruction, sensor problem | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
