Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Torque wrench
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Flaring tool
- Pipe cutter
- Level
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with sufficient structural support, away from heat sources, and with proper clearance for airflow and maintenance.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure minimum clearance requirements are met.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper flaring techniques. Ensure connections are airtight.
- Electrical Connections: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump. Charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power failure, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, clear area around outdoor unit |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clean fan blades, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean/replace filters, clean drain pan and use anti-mold treatment |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
