Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is perfectly level using a spirit level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 50cm on all sides).
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and no kinks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation, cooling, and heating performance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Air conditioner won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation, frozen evaporator | Clean drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clear debris, check mounting stability |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters, use anti-bacterial treatment, clean drain system |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
