Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling performance Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear obstructions
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting, clean fan blades, check installation stability
Frozen evaporator coil Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow
Remote control not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
