Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't turn on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician for refrigerant check
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope of drain hose
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting screws, clear debris, check installation stability
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
Frozen indoor unit Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor failure Clean filters, call for service, check fan operation

Error Codes
