Step-by-Step Installation

- Prepare Window Area: Clean the window sill and ensure it's level. Remove any obstructions from the installation area.
- Install Support Brackets: Secure the mounting brackets to the window frame according to manufacturer specifications.
- Position the Unit: Carefully lift the air conditioner into the window opening, ensuring it sits securely on the brackets.
- Secure the Unit: Extend the side panels and secure them to the window frame. Use screws to lock the unit in place.
- Seal Gaps: Apply weather stripping around the unit to prevent air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 110V, 15-amp grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat settings.
