Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't turn on Power issue, thermostat setting, timer active Check power supply, adjust thermostat, check timer settings
Poor cooling performance Dirty filter, blocked vents, outdoor temperature too high Clean filter, clear obstructions, check ambient temperature
Water leaking inside Unit not tilted properly, drain holes blocked Ensure proper tilt (slight downward angle to outside), clear drain holes
Unit vibrating or noisy Loose installation, foreign objects in fan Secure mounting, check for and remove obstructions
Frozen coils Dirty filter, low refrigerant, restricted airflow Clean filter, call for service, ensure proper airflow
Fan running but no cooling Compressor issue, thermostat problem, low refrigerant Check compressor operation, test thermostat, call for service
