Installation Guide

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a sturdy window that can support the unit's weight, preferably near an electrical outlet.
  2. Prepare Window Area: Clean the window sill and frame, remove any obstructions, and ensure proper clearance around the unit.
  3. Install Support Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the window sill according to manufacturer specifications.
  4. Position the Unit: Carefully lift the air conditioner into the window opening, resting it on the support bracket.
  5. Secure the Unit: Extend the side panels and secure them to the window frame using provided screws.
  6. Seal the Unit: Apply weather stripping around the unit to prevent air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
  7. Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  8. Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat settings.
Warning: Installation should be performed by two people due to the unit's weight. Ensure proper support to prevent falling hazards.
